Registration details

Registration is open until October 30 or until we are full booked. However, to maximize the outcome of your participation, we would encourage to register as soon as possible so we can start planning your tailored meetings as soon as possible.

All universities and educational institutions : we are in the process to host a separate Education Day event in Lahore, as well as afternoon in Karachi. These decision are done based on the participants and their interest. Please contact us for additional details and we can plan together how to maximize the outcome of your visit with meetings and visits with the local key stake holders in the education sector.

Please note that the event is open for pre-registered delegates only. All Pakistani companies, please note below (C). Payment link is sent to all registered delegates and payments must be done prior the event – there are no registration opportunity at the site. Please read the registration terms.

Details and Registration Fees:

A. Finnish/Foreign companies, both cities (Karachi, Islamabad):

Registration fee is 1.450,00 Euros per delegate (excl. VAT), including full program, pre-tailored meetings in two cities, and full support for any practical arrangements at sites locally, including support to arrange any requested domestic flights, hotel accommodation. All travel costs are excluded and charged separately. 

You just need to fly over and start meeting potential partners for business!

These meetings can be hosted in areas like mining, energy, environment technologies, education, sustainability and are related to policies, regulations, legal issues, new business opportunities, possible barriers you faced with your investment or business plans in Pakistan, or anything where you might need support from the highest decision makers or you want to share your views with them. Some of these meetings are organized as industry-specific round table discussions also in Islamabad.

Please note that arrangements for the Education Day being held in Lahore and/or Lahore are shared separately with all parties registered their interest.

B. Accommodation arrangements:

We have rebooked hotel rooms at the venue locations for our partners, sponsors and foreign delegates. Please note these are available in limited numbers. You will receive additional information after your registration.

C. Pakistani companies and institutions, both cities (Islamabad, Karachi, Education Day separately):

Pakistani companies will receive an invitation from the FPBS 2026 team later when the profile of Finnish/Foreign delegation is confirmed as we are always running a matchmaking process prior the event. The highest priority of Pakistani companies is with the one matching the profiles of arriving foreign companies as well as the Pakistani companies who has joined us at the prior events.

However, you can already register your company now, or you can contact us to share your interest. The registration fee of non-invited companies is 25,000 PKR per person and you will receive the payment instructions after we have processed your registration and made the required match-making with the Finnish/foreign companies joining us. Please note that a pre-event confirmed registration is required for entry, no registrations at the event.
